An Ongoing Formation for the new priests (ordained between 2019- 2023) was held in Pallotti Kutti, Pachmarhi from 05-10 February 2024. Out of the 15 new priests 12 of them attended it. The first day was entirely spent on personal reflection and sharing about the experiences and cares of life and ministry, which was facilitated by Fr. Thoms Manjaly SAC. The sharing was very profound and edifying to all. The second and third days were conducted by the resource person, Fr Joe Mathias SJ. He dwelt on the theme: “Transformative Leadership to Animate Community for Apostolic Mission”. Everyone felt it was very informative and relevant. On the last day the participants went for a half day picnic. In the same evening, Fr Joy Palachuvattil, the Provincial Rector, joined the group for sharing and interaction. He celebrated the concluding Holy Mass the next day morning. It was indeed a time of evaluation, education and entrainment. Moreover, it was a time of fanning to flame the gift of God we have received at our Ordination (2 Tim 1,6).
