Social Apostolate Commission
Bridging mission territories, lay collaboration and the Province's social apostolate.
The Social Apostolate Commission is an auxiliary body of the Provincial Administration. The task of this Commission consists of the coordination and assistance to the work of the Province in mission territories.
The Commission serves as a bridge between the Pallottine communities in mission territories and those working in other parts of the Province. It also works toward the collaboration of the lay faithful in the mission endeavors of the Province, increasing awareness that all are responsible for the proclamation of the Gospel throughout the world.
It works in collaboration with the General Secretariat for the Missions, which organises every six years a Congress of the Secretaries for the Missions to share experiences and discuss future activities.
